Dr. Jim is not a medical doctor. He has a PhD in Applied Microcomputer Technologies from the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences in Prague.

He's retired from the computer industry and has been involved in the Raw Living Foods concept and movement for six years, ever since the Dr. Ann Wigmore Lifestyle changed his life for the better - much better.

Dr. Jim spent four seasons as Director of Creative Health Institute in Michigan, where he witnessed the healing effects of Raw Living Foods on hundreds of people with a wide range of health challenges.

These experiences inspired him to become more involved in the Raw Foods Movement, and to help create this website.

It's also why he spearheaded the development the Home Study version of Dr. Ann's teachings (chiDiet.com) with the assistance of Donald Haughey, co-founder of Creative Health.

Dr. Flora is now retired and living in Homestead, FL. A raw fooder for over 40 years and an active member of the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), she is dedicated to the Raw Living Foods Lifestyle, and endeavors to help all people to better health through Living Foods.
