If  audio recordings or videos are jerky on your computer, it's because of the speed of your Internet connection.

If that's happening, try this: press Play, then almost immediately press Pause. Then wait for the audio or video file to download before pressing Play again - the progress bar on the bottom of the viewer will show how far the download has to go. In most cases this will fix your problem.
