You need to sweat at least twice a day to keep your pores open. One bite of processed grain or spoon of oil blocks your elimination of toxins at least 3 days. If I, in this 95 degree F. temp., ate one little fig cookie with oat crust, or soy ice cream with oil in it, I would be having terrible night sweats and would not be able to be comfortable in the day at all, with sweat running down my back, even though I changed my clothes multiple times a day.

If people only knew the terrible damage one little bite of clarified oil or processed grain does to the endothelial lining of the heart.
