Head Banging Good for Breast
Research at the Hutchinson Cancer Center seems to say that women who suffer from migraine headaches are probably facing a much lower risk of Breast Cancer. The results published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomakers and Prevention, says it's all about hormones, most especially estrogen.
And even though they say more study is needed to know if they are on the right track, from a wholistic point of view, I have found that migraines are always digestive issues.
And the digestive issues affect the hormone levels. With estrogen being involved, women should again be warned to stay away from soy products which are probably genetically modified and have an estrogen affect. Fermented soy is fine: tempeh and miso.
Need I say it again? A raw, organic living food lifestyle is the way to go.
