Memory VitaminThe Journal Neuroscience studied animals and memory. They found vitamin B-3 lowered levels of a protein linked to Alzheimer’s damage in mice.
In Britain, they found the same results and now suggest that B-3 (nicotinamide) should be taken before any signs of the brain disease.
B-3 seems to dissolve abnormal 'deposits' in brain cells, called 'tangles,' which many think are connected to brain health issues.
Nicotinamide can be found in meat, fish, beans, cereals and potatoes - again indicating that a well-rounded, raw, living foods lifestyle is the only way to go when it comes to overall health and wellness.
